These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Serve2plz website and services. By using the website, submitting information, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Serve2plz for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Services

Serve2plz provides contractor-focused website, lead capture, customer relationship management, messaging, scheduling, pipeline, review, referral, and reactivation tools. Specific features, implementation work, usage limits, support, and pricing may be described in an order form, proposal, checkout page, or other written agreement.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, controlling authorized users, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Fees and Subscriptions

Paid services may be billed on a recurring basis. The price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any additional charges shown when you order or in a separate written agreement are incorporated into these terms. You authorize applicable recurring charges until cancellation takes effect under those terms. Taxes may be added where required.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your business operations, customer relationships, content, offers, services, legal notices, and compliance with laws applicable to your industry. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for information, images, trademarks, contact lists, and other materials you provide. You may not use Serve2plz for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited communications.

Messaging and Consent

You are responsible for obtaining and documenting legally sufficient consent before sending marketing or automated calls, texts, or emails through the service. You must honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable telemarketing, advertising, privacy, and carrier requirements. Serve2plz may suspend messaging that creates legal, carrier, security, or reputation risk.

SMS Program Terms

Age restriction: Participation in the Serve2plz SMS program is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Program description: When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a Serve2plz website form, Serve2plz may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, account notifications, and customer support. If you separately check the marketing consent box, Serve2plz may also send offers, updates, and promotions. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and account activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opting out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Help and support: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach Serve2plz through the Contact page on this website.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party hosting, CRM, communications, payment, domain, analytics, and scheduling providers. Their terms and availability may affect certain features. Serve2plz is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Serve2plz and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, processes, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant Serve2plz the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and use that content to provide the services.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, violate another person's rights, or use the service to distribute spam or illegal content.

Service Changes and Availability

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serve2plz disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Serve2plz does not guarantee leads, appointments, revenue, search ranking, reviews, or other business results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serve2plz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to Serve2plz for the applicable services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law or agreed in writing.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Serve2plz from third-party claims arising from your content, business practices, violation of law, misuse of the services, or breach of these terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal or carrier requirements, or material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any additional dispute terms in a signed agreement or order form will control if they conflict with this section.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
